Evaluation and consultation to determine whether to establish a medication treatment plan going forward. If agreed upon, then we will work together to continue meeting for necessary adjustments to maintain stability. ANXIETY

Do you experience excessive and persistent worrying that is hard to control and causes significant distress or impairment, on most days?


Depression

Depression can be debilitating. Feelings of sadness are a normal part of life, but if feeling down or depressed for too long, and no longer feeling motivated to do things you used to enjoy, it may be time to seek help.


PTSD

Trauma can be very difficult to face. Unfortunately, the symptoms of trauma will remain. If a traumatic event has led to things like intrusive thoughts, nightmares, flashbacks, feeling “on edge” and hyperalert, then the trauma is likely causing considerable dysfunction in your life.

Bipolar Disorder

A disorder character by periods of depression and mania. Bipolar disorder disrupts mood, sleep, behavior, causing people to struggle to maintain their lives. Medication and a strong alliance with your provider is central to maintaining stability.


Schizophrenic Disorders

A disorder involving recurrent psychosis, and commonly impacts social and occupational functioning. More well known symptoms include hallucinations and delusions, but also flat or blunted appearance, impaired cognition, impaired attention and memory, and impaired executive functioning.


OCD

Characterized by recurrent intrusive thoughts, images, or urges that lead to anxiety and stress, as well as repetitive mental or behavioral acts. Typically starting in childhood, OCD can persists throughout a person’s life, and produces substantial impairment in ability to function.
